SUMMARY:Burs & Sophie Noel
DESCRIPTION:BURS | Toronto\, ON\n“Taking inspiration from contemporaries
and creative heroes alike\, Burs has intimately crafted a collection of wo
rks that doubles down on their folk-rock ethos while stepping into new exp
erimental depths. Their second full-length album\, made with production he
lp from Eli Browning and Adam Brisbin\, is forecasted for release in fall
 2025 through Birthday Cake Records.”\nSOPHIE NOEL | Halifax\, NS\n“Car
twheeling between indie folk\, art rock\, and 90s grunge lite\, their musi
c has been described as “similar to Cate le Bon but more accessible”.
Sophie’s recent writing tracks through themes of ecological collapse\, c
limate anxiety\, and Saturn return angst.”\nwith special guests\nSOFT AN
 IMALS | St. Catharines\, ON\n“With elements of progressive folk\, jazz\,
country\, and indie rock\, the project attempts to capture the transition
al and hard-to-put-your-finger-on moments of life and connect audiences in
an intimate and more deeply felt human way.”\n\nSource: Warehouse Conce
